Pransch Air Technology, the leading brand of oil free piston compressors and vacuum pumps in China. Established in 2008, and located in Dongguan which is called "the world's factory". With being acquired by Hokaido Group, we're more powerful to expand our manufacturing scale with introducing more of the most modern manufacturing techniques, machinery and equipment under very strict quality controls, which surpass ISO 9001 requirements.
As of today, Pransch has employed more than 100 people and features the largest selection of oil free piston compressors and vacuum pumps for the industrial applications in the world. Due to its immense line of compressors and vacuum pumps, expertise and experience in the building of compressing systems, vacuum systems and the extensive service network, Pransch is capable of providing ideal comprehensive solutions.
Pransch history:
2008
Pransch was created to specialize in air drying technology. It began to manufacture side channel blowers.
2009
In order to serve the applications which require higher vacuum, Pransch had introduced state-of-the art vacuum technology of piston type to create the H sereis of oilless piston vacuum pumps.
2012
Pransch moved to a new plance as the facilities base, Deji industrial Park. As of this year, the number of our employees reached up to above 60. Pransch again introduced several Mazak Machining Equipments.
2014
Pransch became an authorized and protected supplier of CAS and CNOOC.
2016
Pransch was selected as the provider by Huawei and Foxconn.
2019
Pransch was acquired by Hokaido Group in order to provide better service to the customers.
FACILITIES
Mazark CNC
Pransch introduced industry's most technologically advanced Mazak CNC machine tools. More importantly we have employed and trained talented personnel capable of meeting the high standards we set. We program all of our machine tools off-line using Virtual Gibbs CAD software, which provides consistent output on succeeding runs to keep the quality of our products at a high end.
With reduced lead times and improved accuracy, Mazak machine tools offers us a super-efficient solution for our complex machining requirements.
QUALITY
Test Machine
Pransch creates and uses standardized procedures to keep product quality is consistent. We make sure all employees in the new standardized procedures get trained and retrained. Pransch actively encourage employees to provide feedback during this process to keep the qaulity of Pransch compressors and vacuum pumps a higher level.
Once the manufacturing process is in place, the QC staff carry out inspections to make sure employees are following the standardized procedures. Along with inspecting the manufacturing process, a statistical sample of the finished products will get checked as well to further ensure quality.
